What waitlist customers ask first.
When can I actually start using it?
We're shipping the multi-tenant rewrite in the next 4–6 weeks. Waitlist customers get early access in cohorts — first 5 sign-ups join the closed beta, the rest follow as we tune onboarding.
Do my workers come from your pool, or do I bring my own?
Both. By default workers from the global My Jumbo Tasks pool can opt into your tenant's categories. You can also invite your own audience (creator list, customer base) — they sign up against your branded workspace.
Who handles disputes?
Peer review by default — your admins resolve. The 24h auto-escalation cron and dispute UI are baked in. For Scale customers, we offer admin-as-a-service on retainer.
What happens to the data?
Workspace data is fully isolated by tenant ID at the application layer. Scale customers get a dedicated database. Daily backups, EU + US hosting on request. We never resell or analyse your campaign data.
Can I integrate it into my existing app?
Yes — Growth and Scale tiers include the REST API + webhooks. POST a task from your backend, get a webhook when it's reviewed. You keep your user base.
Why 2.5% on top of the SaaS fee?
Covers payment-processing pass-through (PayPal / Daraja take ~2%) and dispute arbitration overhead. Without it, the base price would need to be 3–4× higher to break even.
